Product Features:

◆SFP series of water-based pre-printed inks are characterized by high temperature resistance and are specially formulated for high-grade corrugated box pre-printing process.

◆It can print 120~150 lines of flexible printing plates, with clear printing dots and strong three-dimensional printing.

◆It has the advantages of strong adhesion, ink transfer transfer, good leveling performance, easy cleaning, no irritating odor, fast drying speed and so on.

◆ Suitable for all kinds of high-grade carton pre-printing processes, such as beer boxes, beverage boxes, electronic boxes, etc.

Applicable substrate:

Suitable for all kinds of white cardboard, cattle cardboard, coated paper printing.

Applicable printing machine: flexo printing machine

How to use:

◆ Direct use, fully stir before use, it is recommended to use the original ink under normal circumstances;

◆ Immediately after printing, the machine should be washed with water to avoid drying. After several knots, the machine is washed with washing machine water.

◆PH value: 8.0~9.0

◆Lightfast: UV light 360 degrees / square meter 24 hours (no color change)
