SF1011 water-based waterproof varnish can make the printed product glossy and transparent, can form a lotus leaf-like waterdrop effect on the printed water, has good waterproof and moisture-proof function to bring good protection to the goods, no odor after drying, weather resistance It is not easy to turn yellow.

Application:

SF1011 water-based waterproof varnish is especially suitable for food packaging that requires moisture-proof and anti-freezing or electronic product packaging that requires ocean transportation.

◆Gloss: 45~60 degrees

◆ Viscosity: offset printing line: 30 ± 5 seconds (Tu's 4# cup) / Flexo connection: 30 & plusmn; 5 seconds (Tu's 4# cup) / Independent glazing: 20 & plusmn; 5 seconds (Tu's 4# cup )

◆Abrasion resistance: 4 pounds 200~400 times

◆ Back tack: temperature 60℃ / humidity 85℃ / 24 hours (not sticky)

Printing method:

◆ lithographic offset printing machine: glazing with printing ink

◆ Oiler: Independent glazing. It must be dried during coating to accelerate drying and obtain good quality

◆Flexible machine: Connect the light on the line and dry it when coating.

Cleaning:

After the process is completed, it is washed with water, and after drying, it is not easy to clean. Therefore, please clean the machine immediately when it stops, and use some detergent or alcohol to help clean after some knots.
