Product Features:

After SF1066 varnish is glazed, the printed product can be made transparent and smooth, and it is smooth like a mirror after calendering. It has no odor after drying, and it has good weather resistance and is not easy to turn yellow.

Application:

SF1066 varnish is specially designed for calendering process. After the stamping of the printed product, the surface is very shiny and transparent like a plastic film.

◆Appearance: milky white

◆Gloss: 70~90 degrees

◆PH value: 8.0 & plusmn; 0.3

◆ Viscosity: independent glazing: 20 ± 5 seconds (Tu's 4# cup)

◆Abrasion resistance: 4 pounds 200 times

◆ Back tack: temperature 60℃ / humidity 85℃ / 24 hours (not sticky)

Printing method:

◆ Oiler: Independent glazing. It must be dried during coating to accelerate drying and obtain good quality

Cleaning:

After the process is completed, it is washed with water, and after drying, it is not easy to clean. Therefore, please clean the machine immediately when it stops, and use some detergent or alcohol to help clean after some knots.
